This year we will expand our efforts into Weber Canyon-This area has recently experienced an increase in trash being dumped. Once this starts it encourages others to do the same. Over the past 5 years, the area is increasingly in danger of becoming another place you will not want visit simply due to trash accumulation. Please join us to let others know this area is not another area to trash and then lose the right to use the area. Let’s take action to preserve this still relatively conserved areas for all user types. All user groups are welcome and encouraged to come and celebrate our amazing natural areas. Gloves and bags will be provided, please dress warmly and bring your own water and snacks and gloves if you like. Meet at the trailhead at 9:00 am sharp, then we will disperse small groups to assigned areas, maps provided. Organizers are Gretchen Graber and Spokane office of Bureau of Land Management.
